Q. Do I have to pay the $65 fundraiser goal when I register for the Ride For Rescue event? A. No. This is considered your first level goal as an individual- for reaching this level you will receive a t-shirt, water bottle and lunch at the end of the ride. You can raise the amount by using the online program or printing off the fundraising form and giving it to any potential ride supporters. They can donate to your account. Families are requested to raise $200 to ride. Reaching this fundraising goal gets everyone in the family a t-shirt, water bottle and lunch after the ride. Q. There’s a lot of flexibility with this fundraiser. I read that a person can even walk if they want. Can you explain that a bit more? A. We wanted to create a fundraising ride that would appeal to a wide variety of people. This way, your fundraising for the Springs Rescue Mission will fit into your schedule, your ability and your Saturday. The options are endless: you can bike to the Springs Rescue Mission from your house, you can choose your distance, you can even bike or walk your own neighborhood. Q. I am interested in using the www.FirstGiving.com/RideForRescue site to reach my fundraising goals. Is there someone that I can contact if I have questions on how to use it or set up my page? A. Absolutely! Always feel free to email info@RideForRescue.com with any of your questions. We will be MORE than happy to assist you in any way we can. |
