About Ride For Rescue

Ride For Rescue is an event that promotes community outreach through active participation. It’s the PERFECT way to get people involved in Springs Rescue Mission by way of bringing awareness to the great things that Springs Rescue Mission is doing to reach men, women and children who are struggling with homelessness, hunger and financial hardship.

It’s so easy to change a life! Just print out our registration form and mail it in, download the Sponsorship Form and start asking people you know to support you in your effort. Tell them about Springs Rescue Mission and how it changes lives here in Colorado Springs. You can even direct people to the website at: www.SpringsRescueMission.org.

Ride Description

It's all up to you! You plan your ride, length of trip, and whereabouts to suit your taste. It can be by yourself or with family and friends. Although there is a schedule of events for the day, (click on side bar menu), how you proceed with your ride is flexible and up to you. If other plans interfere with the set date you can plan another date and time that works best for you, as long as you commit to have a fun day out and Ride For Rescue to honor a commitment to your sponsors. Otherwise, we welcome you to join us on September 12, 2009 for the free breakfast and BBQ lunch to celebrate your participation.

Fundraising

The fundraising is the easy part. Your passion and interest in the Springs Rescue Mission will be contagious! Challenge your family, friends and co-workers to join you in this, either though sponsorship or participation!
